Hi I'm very new At this also.  Just saw a surgeon last week and will have RNY.  Surgeon wants me to see a nutrionist for 4-6 months first which has really discouraged me.  Maybe we could walk through this thing together and I could also learn from others' tips posted to you. Judi409
