i am 5 years post op in virginia, 46 yrs old, grandfather of 3 awesome kids, married. would like pen pal to communicate with about long term success or success in general , i have started a weight gain  and things are not as easy as the once was. would like someone to share with and just want to keep my my success and help others. respectfully.
