Post-Op Pal From Anywhere
Hi everyone,
My name is Phyllis & I live in PA...I'm considered an "old lady" at almost 58 years of age but believe me I am definitely NO OLD LADY! My husband & I have been married almost 22 years & we are true "old hippies"...loving lots of rock music, disco/dance music etc. but I also enjoy country, contemporary & stage & screen music as well. You should see my feet move to the music....just love to dance! Also write poetry & short stories & have lots of other interests as well. We live on a large farm in the country but were originally from Long Island, NY! I love all kinds of animals especially cats. After I had my surgery in Sept of 2006 my life became a new and now I have the time & energy to bend down & not only smell the flowers but plant them as well. Would love to speak to anyone, from anywhere who is at least 35 years & up & has gone through this surgery (mine was RNY).....because I have not been able to find a post-op support group anywhere in my area.
