Looking for a pen pal

Hi Mary. My name is Sylvia. I am from Connecticut. I am also just starting this process and I am not definite on the type of surgery I plan to have because I have no comorbities and will not be approved for RNY. So I am considering VBG or the lap band. I also have to complete a 6 month diet plan for HealthNet. Monday will be my first month visit and it seems like it took forever to get here. My doctor's office said it would go by quickly but so far I have not found that to be true. Maybe we can support each other as we go through our six months of dieting.

That would be terrific... they told me, too, that the 6 months would go fast but not fast enough... I feel like I am gaining even more weight.  Sigh... :)  Mary
