WA state open RNY in June

I am a 44year old married mother of two teenage girls. I have lost 101 pounds pre op and plan on open RNY in June. I run a child care in my home and teach child care providers in the evening. I check my e-mail daily and try to look into the message boards daily. They have been immensely helpful. So time to branch out. I would love a pen pal. Thanks michel

Hi Michel- My name is Sharon and I would to be your pen pal . I am 41 and have plans to have a baby in the future. I am very proud of you for losing that much weight . I had my open RNY in March of 2004 and I would do it again despite the fact that I had complications. I am doing well now. Every day is still a struggle. I wish you the very best with your upcoming surgery in June! Where in Washington do you live? I moved from Whidbey Island in June of 1986 when my dad retired from the US Navy.
