Hi , i am looking for a pen-pal I am having RnY lap surgery in July. If you would like to be my Penpal. I do write back i have plenty of time i am a stay at home dad with my by then 5 yearold daughter. Hi John, My Name is Dawn, I had Lap- RNY 10 months ago and am down 115lbs. It can be a rough road at times but is so worth it. Hi Dawn, Well i am doing nothing exciting today. Washing clothes I am counting the days till surgery I will be going in on the 3rd for surgery i have a pre-op that they will do on the 14th june. We have all of our support people in place comming so it looks like at this point things are going well. down 115lbs Wow that is so cool. I hope that i can have that kind of succes. I plan to start lifting as soon as i am able want to make sure to elliminate as much loose skin as possible. dont want to look like a skinny fat rat. I will do alot of walking as well i want to beable to eventually go back to hiking when we move to Michigan. well i will get back to my laundry just wanted to say hi John
