Hello all my fibro sisters. Well here in Maine we are suppose to get 8 inches of snow tonight. The way my body feels we will get it.
Any one tried the new caltrate petites??  They are about 1/2 the regular size. With my pudding and the petites I am in pill heaven.
I always hated to swallow the calcicum and my vicoden. What a differnce with the pudding though.
I hope you are all doing ok......
gentle hugs....

We're finally getting a taste of spring here and it's much needed, so tired of cold weather. Between the fibro and my arthritis winter is just palin evil. Of course I don't like it too hot either.Picky, picky!

Awww Pam, I am so sorry you are getting hit again with the snow, I know my kids and hubby are as well in Pennsylvania. I wish I could ship the sunshine and warmth up to you from Orlando, I know it would make you feel good to bask in the warm morning air.  My girlfriend use to live in PA as well and is so happy to be down here in FL as she just couldn't take the cold any longer.

I also have a hard time taking pills and will try the pudding idea, I don't know how well that will go as I don't really like pudding (it's a texture thing).

Hugs back

hey pam. we're sending that snow from here in minnesota. had blizzard conditions in parts of the state last week. but it's finally getting above 32 during the day so spring is coming. hope the floods aren't too bad.
and yes - the cold is torture here, too. take care of you.
