good to be back

good morning.  it's been awhile since i've been on this forum.  not sure why...but i'm glad i found you all again.  just reading thru the most recent posts had me wondering why i ever stopped coming here!  i look forward to weekly visits again.  and thanks for being here - the info i've been reading has helped.

I visit every now and then for a friend. She just had WLS but also has Fibro. The information I gain from this site is a GREAT help for me. I hate to see my friend struggle so much and see her in any pain.
