Now I cannot find which one of you suggested I get a electric blanket and use it even though I am sleeping in recliner(because of my shoulder still). Last night the heat felt so good. I use to have one and just never thought it would help but it sure did.
This storm is killing everything hurts. Hope all is safe, warm and not out in it.

gentle hugs to all my fibro sisters (viewers or posters)

It was probably me cause I can't live without mine! I even use it in the summer and have a fan running. It just feels sooooo good on those achy muscles!

I can't live without mine either.  I have one on my bed and one on my couch.  The heat is so very therapeutic.  I'm glad you got one and it helped you feel good!

I am working towards getting Roux En Y, hopefully around Mid April.  Now, I ache all over.
I am sure I have Fibromyalgia, but, don't know what or how to get diagnosed.  When I
mention pain to my doctor, all I hear is "losing weight will help the pain".  I am sure it
will help with the arthritis in my knees, hips and feet.  I don't think it will do anything for the
shoulders, back muscles, thighs or upper arms.  Any suggestions?
