I've join the group
of those of us that just don"t know when good enough is enough. I"ve been trying to buid and packing up. (after living in the same house after 35 yrs)
OMG I have over done it and I'm miserable it quicker to say what don"t hurt ??? well that was a long list. I've been using Salon Patches for the last few weeks. Sitting on the bath tub with hot towel on the knees and any where else that I can reach. I can"t rest because I know I have a lot of packing to do. Good thing I not being thrown out and that I don"t have to have everything out in order to move. Decided to only pack what I'm going to need the first few months then let my daughter do the rest. She have been wanting to go though my thing and tra**** anyway. OH I'm going from 3300 sq ft to 1800. that made me want to run :) always saided I was going to down size. That GOD I don't sew for the public anymore. OH and the ramble of thoughts are worst than ever on the way to bed hoping to get some sleep tonight.

after my husband died I had to move many many years of things a lot that the kids had left when they moved so I got large dumpster- twice and a lot went to the dumpster( some that I would have kept otherwise)I went from a huge farm house with 4 bedrooms, huge living room dining room and kitchen 1 bathroom and 3 large halls to a single story 2 bedroom house with a roomy living room smaller dining room and kitchen and 1/3 of the garage space. I had lots of help but hurt more on days I worked hard on packing.
I did find out that plastic tubs work better than boxes for many things especially if you can unpack it and go back to repack the tub.
remember hot showers are our friend spend a lot of time in it to get the heat deep into those sore muscles!
