Two rainy days and this high humidity is killing me.
My shoulder replacement in April has really done a job on me!!!
The cataract surgery both eyes June. I wonder why I hurt and am depressed????????
Life as you all know turns into a constant battle.Even for the little things....
How are all of you doing
gentle hugs to all

Well my fibro is pretty good cause I've been confined to bed for 6 weeks after foot surgery so I don't move around enough for it to hurt! We've had unseasonably HOT weather up in the 90's which is miserable, but thankfully we do have AC.All in all it could be worse I guess. Gentle hugs back to ya!

After our killer cold winter for the south, I thought summer would be a little kinder.

100's and high humidity is keeping me in a constant bout of flu like symptoms and headaches to die from.    Wondering how I will make it working until retirement age.

Ouch.  Gentle hugs to all.

Hi Pam and friends

I find I hardly check in here. I am sorry. I too have had a hard time with the rain and humidity of late. I am sorry to hear you are having a rough time. I hear you about the depressed and hurt! It's a vicious cycle. I take one day, sometimes one meal or protein shake at a time. I continue to struggle to get active.

Gentle Hugs right back to you!

Hi Pam it sucks as usual. Nothing a little warm water therapy won't cure or releive.

Hello.  I'm new to the forum.  My Fibro has been out of control.  I've been extremely exhausted and in back pain.  But I'll be fine.  Gentle hugs to you all.

Marium
I'm on my way to the "new" me.
