EXERCISE!

With fibromyalgia how did you get to goal without tiring to the point of a major flare or any kind of flare.  I lot 70lbs without out much of any exercise.  Is there anything(exercise) that you have done that you'll can pass ON.  I'm health care for MOM with Alzheimer and 3 gran babies HELP  i SPEND AT LEAST
7 DAYS @24 DOING ONE OR THE OTHER.

WOW sounds like you should get plenty of exercise just taking care of everybody. It's a delicate balance between getting enough exercisemand not setting off a flair. Water exercise is good if you have a pool available. Even walking is great exercise, maybe take those grandkids for a walk, burn off a little of their energy! I also use a stationary bike, sometimes you can find one cheap in the newspaper. I'm sure others will come along and give you more tips. God bless you for taking on the extra family responsibilities!

I did water exercise 8 years ago and didn't relize how it help.
I could no longer make the class but I think they now have several class a day.  Hey it won"t hurt. Learn several week ago HB job pay for the classes.  Will let you know  if I hang in there are not. Over did the walking and stopped have to repace myself.
