My dear sisters-
I have found the best fibromyalgia web site.
It has a chat-room, on-line book club, heavenly distractions, as well as the usual educational stuff.
It has nothing to do with wls. But, the chat room is so kind, supportive, inspirational, funny. There simply aren't enough adjectives to describe it. I have been on tons of other sites and it was just whine, whine, whine--or foul language. Just everything that stressed me out more.
This site is great for newbies and oldies, a like.
The chat room is kinda slow sometimes. But, the quality of chatting is just so helpful.
The address is: fibrotalk.com
I hope you find this to be as helpful and uplifting as I have.

Boy, you hit the nail on the head. How DO we learn how to peacefully co-exist with pain and exhaustion?
I have been struggling with this question for almost 15 years. Sometimes, I am really good at it. Sometimes, I fight and scream and kick against it.
Thanks for your support. You're a gem.
