A little fibro humor

I'm laid up with a broken leg so asked hubby to remember to get me some more fiber bars for breakfast. He said with a straight face "You realize that's why you have 'fiber'myalgia don't you?" Pa dump bump! Back to your regular programing.

A broken leg; that doesn't sound too fun !!!
How did you do that ??

Oh you'll never believe how I broke my leg! I was cleaning under my bed so I had the matt and box up against the wall, when I stepped over the frame I caught my foot, fell and kinda ricochetted off the wall. As I was coming down my leg hit the arm of my computer chair and bent my leg backwards at the knee, snapped the top of my tibia right off the major part off the bone. Got to ride in the ambulance and spend 5 days in the hospital. I guess I have a plate and a bunch of screws in it that will be left there. Plus I have to spend another 4 weeks in a brace, no bending or putting any weight on that leg. Not exactly how I planned to spend the end of summer! So let this be a lesson to all you ladies, no more house cleaning it's far too dangerous!!!

Ouch!  Sorry to hear about the broken leg.  That's not good, but your husband is too funny!
