Its been one week today since surgery, Im feeling pretty good! A little sore and tired. I had a few fibro issues in the last week! This morning I woke up feeling ok, as morning progressed weakness, exhaustion, shakes and flu like feeling set in! UGGGGHHHHH I hate FIBRO!

Glad to hear you are doing ok.  The rny post op feels like you did about 5,000 sit ups.  That is the worst part I think about Fibro is the flu feeling and the creepy nerve tingling in the arms that you can't shake off. They don't go away by stretching or shaking.  I had those for 2 nights, woke up at 3:42 am and also the next night at 4:30 am with that creepy feeling.  Have you been given any pain meds yet for your fibro or pain meds at all.  If you have them take, don't wait for the pain to get so bad, where you can't stand it otherwise it will not go away completely.  Thanks for the update.

I was sickish the first 2 months, not so i didn't go any where but feeling like crap. But it is still worth having the surgery !!
Just do NOT over do cause with our fibro you will pay for that.
That is the hardest part when you feel good you want to take advantage of it but you will suffer later.
Sip, walk around the house and most of all keep those fliuds coming.
Keep us posted !!!

I'm so glad you have the surgery behind you.  You'll feel better in a few months.  Like the others said, sip and take it easy for now.  It's all worth it.
