Fatigue

I am so tired all the time! I'm starting to get very cranky with my family. My dh said to me yesterday I need to take a nap (it was 5:30pm) cuz I was acting all pissy at our daughter. I tried to explain to him that I was angry at daughter cuz she is expecting her dad & I to take care of her baby (she and her husband work). I'm ok with that, but when I tell her she needs to pick up the pace and not expect me or gpa to do the majority of the work. He of course is taking her side...grrr. I'm just so fricken tired

Chronic fatigue very often accompanies fibro so if this is a constant condition of fatigue you might want to talk to your doc. Often we also don't sleep as soundly as others and may need medication to help get a full nights sleep. Best of luck!

Ahhh I long for the time I was tired and took a nap or went to bed for the night and got up wow all rested. Nooooo not now I am tired no matter what I do. That is hard for others to understand what we are going thru. gentle hugs your way!!!
