Had a fall, weird pain?

Ok, I fell off my horse last thursday. It was all my fault, I had my helmet on, I fell on wet grass (as soft as you can get). But it hurt like crazy. I was knocked out of one shoe, and of course this was the day I forgot my cell and was alone on the farm!

So anyway, I landed on my lower mid back, like 2 -4 inches above my waist.

Saw a doc, nothing broken. The pain got worse on day three (included my neck and chest! owwie!) That has all faded, but not the pain right where I landed. I explain it as feeling like my kidneys hurt, because it's in the same spot that hurts when I wake up after having had to pee all night (does that make sense?)

That pain isn't going away- it's been 9 days since I fell. I have NO bruising either, which is weird for me.

Any thoughts? I have pain meds and muscle relaxants, but they don't FIX it, just make it stop hurting for a few hours. I hurt to get in and out of chairs, or bend over to put on shoes.

Poor thing, I hope you feel better soon...nothing worse then double pain........

I think if it has been 9 days you need to go back to the doctor.
Just to be on the safe side.

Being 9 days out and still having such pain, please go to the doc. You have have internal bruising? Bless your heart and get better!

Sorry to hear you fell off your horse.  I am thinking you have internal bruising of the kidney, maybe some pulled muscles back there.  Still, though you should go to the doctor again, so he can do an ultrasound or something like that. What did they do to find out if anything was damaged?  I watch a lot of Dr. G, Medical Examiner. But I am no doctor.  It could be just taking it's sweet time to heal.  Do see your doctor or call and tell him that it isn't getting better.
