Diet can help fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia symptoms
It has been estimated by Dr. Paul St. Amand that 40% all people with fibromyalgia, also suffer from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). What this means is that 4 in 10 fibromyalgia sufferers need a fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia diet - else many of their symptoms will flare-up. An improper diet will increase insulin levels, force blood sugar down, and bring out fibromyalgia symptoms that includes fatigue, irritability, headaches, depression, carb cravings, blurry vision, poor memory, and anxiety. At worst, there will also be hypoglycemic symptoms such as fainting or a rapid heartbeat. A proper fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia diet will keep insulin levels from rising and keep blood sugar from lowering.
