implants with fibromyalgia

Hello,  I had RNY January 08.  went from 289 to 141.  Looking to get some cosmetic surgery done to update the body.  I know I need a breast lift.  Have always been large breasted, even as a teen with no weight problems.  I am wondering if I get the breast lift,  will I need augmentation.  Has anyone out there with Fibro  had implants?  If so....did you have any reaction from having a "foreign" object in your body?  Did you have saline or silicone?   Also after plastic surgery how was your recovery time?  I wish I could just have the total body lift.  Any ideas about that?  where to get it done in Indiana?   how $$$$ was it?  All of this will be out of pocket so have to watch the $$$.  It would be easier just to transplant my brain into a new body.  LOL 

 I just had gall bladder surgery.  It wasnt bad.  not nearly as painful a recovery as the RNY.  How painful is the cosmetic surgery with fibromyalgia???  Any suggestions?  thanks for your time to answer. 

I haven't had breast implants but had a hip replacement and that has gone well, no particilar problems in fact the surgeon said I healed faster than most. I did have breast reconstruction after breast cancer and it too went just fine. I've never had any particular problems related to my fibro when having surgery altho I suppose it could cause a flare for some. Good luck on all your "remodeling"!

I had my first total knee replacement in 2000, and the other one in 2004.
I feel like I had a fat suit on and it is partially deflated and hanging. Oh well... At 62 I guess I don't care

I had implants (salone) about 4 years ago. I have had not trouble and recovery went well. Christine

Yes I do. It pretty much runs my life but ar least I am looking pretty good while I rest!  Christine
