New to OH, i have FM

I saw this forum, but didn't get to read it yet... I'm happy.  I'm sure I'll be all in this forum. I need to see if FM will cause issues w/ surgery.. it hasn't in the other 2 diffrent surgeris - just a tad hard to come out of anesthesia, but that could be anything, as the heal time, but that was pulled stitches.

I have had two total knee replacements different, times, arm surgery, and my WLS all with fibro. I think it takes me a little longer to rest up after surgery but other wise do fine.
Sometimes it can trigger a flare but I would never NOT have surgery.

Always good to see a new face here! I've had several surguries with fibro and haven't had any difficulties with healing time and fortunately no flares from them either. You should do just fine, be sure to give yourself plenty of healing time.

I think I'm more worried b/c for the 1st time in 8.5 years, I had a mild to slightly moderate flare up (maybe I should say no pain, b/c I still had some of the other symptoms).  I thought my prayers were answered and I was cured... I did mostly what I wanted to.
