stay on the porch. My fibromyalgia and has flared up I thought I was going to help my HB with the painting of the house. What the was heck I was thinking I painted for several hour while he was at work, getting us a start on our work. Why did I ached so bad the next day I work to much at that one time I TRULY FORGOT WHAT CAN SET US OFF. With me having the WLS surgery I have been feeling so good that I forget how bad you can feel. My arthritis(Dr?) have moved so far away, that all I can do is work with my GP doctor. My GP tried me on CYMBALTA I had a reaction from something in it.
Haven't the seen Dr. since to tell him I went back to using Wellburtin. It felt like someone was choking me and the breathe was getting bad (That was stupid of me)
I forgot what it felt for a reaction from meds. My sister was mad because I was a block away from the DR. office.
It took me to get home to realize that I was having a reaction from the new med (had just start taking it).
I haven't taken another one since. that the second med that I've had a reaction from dealing with fibromyalgia.
My house is a mess because I haven't been doing much work so not to start a flare up.

Oh I can so relate, I started going to the gym again after a break for some foot surgery and oh Lord I hurt so bad I can hardly move. I know exercise is supposed to be good for our fibro but man I'm hurtin'. I take a low dose of oxycodone for my spinal arthritis and just started taking neurontin for my fibro and STILL fee like I got hit by a truck! I just wish these docs could spend a month or two in our bodies so they really know what we go thru on a daily basis. Hope you're feeling better soon!

I sure feel your pain. I have been under a flare lately and because of some extra stress can't get out of it. I honestly set on the bed the other night and it really hurt to breathe !!It is so hard not to do something when we feel better but then we sure pay or it everytime,

I have been there soooooooooooooooo many times, and have done what you did. We think we feel good and then we over work ourselves. Thinking we are normal people who are blessed with energy and stamina ( I say that because people who do not suffer from FMS have no idea what a gift they have). Your right, BOY!!!!!!!!!! do we pay the price later. Take Care of yourself this Christmas Season and have a good one.
