CK enzymes? anyone elevated?

I recently had blood work done and my vitamin D levels were low, 16. I've done 2 months of 100,000 IU's weekly for 2 months and I have felt a slight improvement in pain, however, I had a visit with my Dr yesterday for a chest cold and we were talking about my follow up labs in 3 weeks... that my CK enzymes were elevated (I didn't know what it was so I came home and looked it up), I have to call the nurse and find out just what the #'s were... but I feel scared stiff...
Has anyone had this blood work done? I understand that this enzyme shows up when there has already been some sort of muscle damage. I just want to curl up in a corner somewhere today.
