So guys, here we go again. This time I am FINALLY on the 50mcg fentyanl patch. Yesterday I just wanted to die becuz I had run out of my patches 1 day too soon, so I had no meds to get me through, talk about pain! It took about 4 hours for the patch to finally kick in, but when it did, WOW, I bounced up &cleaned the house, did the laundry & made my family dinner. Then, I had had it, I was out for the count! I hope this actually works for me this time. I was practically in tears at my appt yesterday becuz of the pain & the fear that by the age of 35 I will be a cripple on a cane, (I will be 34 on MAy 9th.) I have my appt for Trigger Point injection on the 30th of this month, I will let you all know how that goes as well. Anyways, just wanted to give all you friends on here a check up on me.  Luv ya all,  gentle hugs,  Angelic

Hey there! Hope the patches keep working for you! I still have some pain with them but hate to find out what it would be without them. Dont forget to put one on and try not to run out. If you do Id leave the old one on to see if I got any relief. I have to change every 2 days instead of 3. Dont know if they dont last because of my tolerance level or my skin. I have problems with anything sticking to me for so long and if i leave too long in one spot I break out. I had trigger points last week and they help alot. Think she should have put them up a little higher so make sure you let them know where the point is that hurts the worst. They lasted a couple months last time I got them. They are supposed to do my hip knots next time if they arent better. I have a huge knot above my elbow right now that I have bruised from rubbing. Did you get AOL IM? I see a name like yours on here but got no answer when I sent IM. Let me know! Gentle Hugs! Shannon
