Wow I found a Fibro board

Hi Im new to OH and just found this message board by chance, Im 26 and I was diognosed with fibro about 3 years ago, I was doing really well when I live in the USA for a year and just was taking some painkillers when it got bad, I just started taking edronax again, although I have been on it before ond Im not sure it actually helps with the fibro syptoms. I try not to take too many meds if I can help it cause when I first got sick I was bedridden for almost 18 months and doped up on everything imaginable.

Hi, Glad you found the board!  I am scared at the amount of ibuprofen I have been taking due to my Fibromyalgia.  I probably take 6 - 8 every day.  But I upped my Lyrica meds so I don't need it as much.  Anyways, just wanted to welcome you and keep posting! Patti

I am glad this board is here too!  And I am glad it is starting to get some life back!!!  My name is Gina.  I am 31, married to a soldier, mom to 3 kids.  Had RNY in Nov.  I have lost about 65 lbs so far.  I was diagnosed with fibro about 2 years ago, but I am sure I had it much longer than that.  The last 7 months have been really rough!   Anyway I look forward to getting to know you all and I hope you guys have a wonderful pain free day!

its nice to meet everyone here, Im having a hard time excercising at the moment cause I hurt too bad, I have to be careful with meds that I take cause I have a 14 week old baby to take care of too, any suggestions?
