Topic: RE: Protein Suggestions Please
I just love the one I found called Muscle Milk and you can buy it at The vitamin store. If she doesnt like it you can always get you money back. It had about 5 different flavors and it doesnt tast like protein at all. I've tasted 3 of their flavors and found that i like the Banana and strawberry the most. A friend of mine just had her surgery and I gave her a taste of mine and she loves it. It has 32 grams of protein and you can either mix it with water or milk,. I use water because I still cant tolerate milk. Rosie

The protein drink I use is a little more than a shot glass-about three drinks-and it isn't the tastiest thing i put in my mouth, but it does have a lot of positives. It is not thick like the shakes/powders, 25g of protein, comes premixed in an almost indestructible container and since it is so small I know I can deal with it better than the 8-15 ounce shakes that are out there. Its called profect, by protica. The website for ordering is protica.com (WWW first). Becky R

Check on HGTV web site they might have a cure for you. Along time ago we used Mayonaise to clean the wood furniture and keep it clean. Don't know if this would work on ink or not, Tammy

I saw a commercial on TV about this product and it was priced at $14.99 plus shipping. I've found it on the internet and its $79 and up. Of course, when you WANT to see a commercial again, you don't. Otherwise, you'd see it so often you could quote it in your sleep. So, if anybody out there sees this commercial, would you jot downt the number and post it for me, please. Or maybe you've already jotted it down....maybe even ordered it. Just seemed like the PERFECT soluton for my fat body so that I could get more respoitioned and read comfortably or just relax. Hope to hear from somebody soon. Blessings, La Wanda

How long is the window open? I started out at 260 three months out I found out I was preg. still lost while i was preg. but then gained 7lbs thruout. One week after he was born lost 30 lbs. so now i go back and forth 151 - 155 I cant seem to get any more off. And I really don't want it to come back. How can I loose the remaining 15-20lbs.?( I don't mean to sound stupid but I just dont know what else to do) I still feel like the big fat woman and in the mirror I still look like it (to me) except my chin I have one now instead of just a neck. Thanks for any advice and help you can give me. Also it seems like I stay hungry but dont feel hungry (my mind tells me I am but my stomach doesnt feel it)

Topic: RE: 44,000 Surgery Discount
I have a 90/10 plan through Cigna & my total out of pocket is $2500 no matter what the surgeon charges Cigna. I'm always surprised at the lengths some people will go to have this surgery-insurance or not. And here I am griping about $2500. I guess I'm just thankful I was even approved (which was another battle). The things we do just to get healthy....geez!
