Self image after my partners WLS

So, My partner had WLS 6 months before we got together and I have started to feel as though I will be thought of and think of myself differently after she has plastics. Im not sure how to handle that. Mt opinions of her havent changed at all. I know that despite her body changing she is still the same person but I worry that she will feel differently about me when I am larger than she is. Anyone have experiance with this feeling?
