Here is a tip to maybe help you with you WL journey:
Get rid of processed and precooked food. No junk food no canned food, with the exception of low sodium and no sugar products. It is so much easier to deal with the food cravings if the food that is in your house is all good for you. Having fresh fruits and veggies available is always great because they are filled with water and that fills you up.lol When having to cook you also know exactly how much sugar, salt, butter is going into something which makes you knowledgeable of exactly whats going in your body. I'm getting hungry thinking it.lol Good luck with you journey
