Well it doesn't look like to many post here anymore but I do hope that there are some that still peek in from time to time who can help me out.  I am looking at my 6 year anniversary coming up in June.  On May 29th I have my  yearly  womanly physical and I guess I want to take this opportunity to get back on the horse persay.  It is embarassing to say that I haven't had blood work done in a looooong time so not sure where that is at..... ok my questions

1.  What blood tests at this point are necessary to get?

2. Does anyone have that 5 day post-op diet to get a person back on track?

If you have any answers please let me know I would appreciate it!!

For today is the first day of the rest of my life!!!

Hi Barb,
Your post looked so lonely, I thought I would reply to you. All I have is a list I got from Vitalady I think.....I pulled it off a post several years ago.....anyway, it's complete (although a little long!) Hope this helps!
PS- not sure about the 5 day pouch reset thingie. They do post a lot about it on the Grads board, though. Have a great day!

You're welcome! I have Kaiser (an HMO) and I took her this list and she only ordered the ones that the lab was capable of doing.....you know how HMO's are.....so I haven't had the "complete" list done either. Maybe I should have insisted! But she did have most of them run.
Must be the reason why I'm so healthy now!! Current labs! Now if I could just work on water, carbs and excersize.......big sigh!!!
Have a good one!

Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only TRUE FRIENDS will leave footprints in your heart...And may that friendship have such a ONENESS that when one weeps the other will taste salt...Friends are like balloons ; once you let them go you can't get them back....So I'm going to tie you to my heart so I never lose you.
