I have been apart of a great recipe forum for about a yr.  The ppl on there post recipes and share them with each other.  Its a great place for us to all share our low fat no sugar recipes, protein drinks, ect.  If anyone would like to check out the site or join.  Just send my your email address and I'll send you an invite.  It doesnt cost anything and there is no spam...only a newsletter if u want it...if u dont thats ok too.  They have lots of giveaways of high end cooking appliences.  Its a good thing.
