CancerPalooza '09 Update. Finaly some good News!!

It goes a little something like this; I'm scheduled for my Colorectal Cancer surgery this
Thursday the 8th. The GOOD news is that I had a Pet/CT scan done last Tuesday and
my surgeon took one last look up in me on Wednesday and could find NO VISIBLE trace
of my tumor  , he said mine is one of the best reactions to chemo/radio he's ever seen .
He also told us that if he had 10 other surgeons try to locate where my tumor had been, none of them would have been able to locate it.
So, like I said, surgery Thursday and six months of follow up chemo just to make sure, with the possibility of a temp colostomy bag, but hey, I can live with that, so long as I AM ALIVE .
I gotta say, this is the best ******' news of my life !!!

My Mom had lung cancer surgery 6 years ago and she is cancer free.  The power of prayer is amazing ..
