Life is good. Annie congrats on the baby belly!
Ehh, I am good, Mike is good, nothing really new on my end. Miraculously my pouch is still working for me. Surgery in '04, and I still get violently ill, when I try to eat a box of raisinettes. Also, something I found slightly odd, July of '07 I weighed 175-180 some pounds...Now, I'm at 145'ish. I've lost over half of my body weight since my surgery....*thinking*...Half of my body weight.
Today, I am extremely grateful for the things I have, and the things I've done.

Hey, has anyone had issues with muscles due to mal-nutrition from rny? Whether it's vitamin deficiency, dehydration, whatever....pass along your knowledge, please. I'm wondering what it feels like to rip muscles or what arthritis feels like. Bah.

p.s. I heard he should consume 8-10,000 calories per day. amazing.

Long time, no type.
I think of you often when I wipe my paws walking into my house.
I concur with the leg cramps, and cramps behind my knee caps...I used to be cool with a banana a day(keeps the leg cramps away)...hehehe. I'm consuming 2-3 liter of water a day, not keeping up with my vitamins, annnd 2 weeks ago went wake boarding and my arms hurt for a couple days, but my muscles in my upper arms hurt still. Oh yea, and I wish I knew the difference between aches/pains and arthritis. I've got pains in my knees not like normal aches/pains. Bah...
Totally off topic...Talking about gymnasts USA girls weeble wobblin'...I'd break my wrists and ankles wippin my fat ass off a spring board to jump on a beam or attempting to do kartwheel,backflip, triple linding, karate chop in the air, and stick my landing on the mats. *sigh*
And if we are talking hot bods~women's volleyball...not one inch of fat, not one stretch mark, no cellulite, and no boobs.

And you two that like shoulders...check out dwight howard of the US Men's BB team...he plays for the orlando magic, and I think he is only 20...he has something like a 7ft wingspan...
As for muscle aches...thats prob all it is...anytime your body is used to something and then you go full bore..ie wakeboarding ur gonna be sore for a couple days. And since your day consists of couch surfing...ur gonna be sore.
My problem seems to be my hips...I really need to see a chiropracter...with the weightloss I don't think my body has adjusted...and I am at the gym 5 days a week now, and in the morning my hips just seem to be out of whack
I think I am just getting old....

When is your anniversary or when was it? I have 12 days left and it has been a year already...WOW.....
So, muscles....well if I had any....lol.....I did get some labs last week and m y b12 is in the 200s....NOT GOOD....so I am upping my b12 shot....i do take potassium pills too because was getting cramps in the legs.....and definitely do not drink enough water everyday....some days yes, others no....ugh!
You are so right on with the volleyball girls....nate and i were commenting on that the other day....he of course brought up the boobies part lol

it's wonderful seeing you and hearing that you are doing wonderful. Well besides the normal everyday **** that goes on..
I'm good myself.. and making progress.. just the other day my insurance approved me for a breast reduction which for me means Perkie Titties. and I'm throwing a tummy tuck in along with it.. thanks to mine and the parents payment plan.
since a kid I've had arthritic like pain in knees.. as I got older not so much tho. And it seems when colder weather comes.. (have you noticed the chill in the mornings past day or two.. falls coming).. I get a pain in my hip that will radiate down into my knees. I usually just take two tylenol and it goes away.. but has been doing that for years. It comes on and then goes away for a long time.. and comes back. Once when I was low on B-12 my ankle kept going out on me.. got shots and that stopped.. I do take potassium pills tho now for leg cramps.
Okay... that's all I got about leg pain..
