Pre Approved!!
Deb and I were pre-approved for our house yesterday! We are making an offer today! WHO HOO! 
The only down side is now we're gonna have to move again. Man I hate moving. The place we want is about a half out of town. 3 bedroom 2 bath with a 2 car garage. Huge trees in the yard and wooden fenced in back yard that is huge. Plenty room for the toys. It's a forclosure but they left it in really good shape. Let me tell ya most foreclosures are just trashed. We're gonna have to paint because the colors are just a little weird but the place is great! It's in a little community called Wadsworth. There are probably a total of 16 houses and then there is nothing around for at least 5 miles in all directions. We can hop on our Quads and take off into the desert anytime we want. Oh and the price is $124,900.00. We figure the monthly mortage with taxes and insurance will be a $950.00. Very Cool.

Ya know I'm not sure how long it will take. I'm thinkin at least 2 months? Which would be good because it is darned hot right now and moving really sucks anyway.
I plan on having this place ready to go just as soon as we move out. We only have about 3 grand into it so we're going to list it at 10 grand see what happens. Maybe give it two weeks then drop a thousand and just keep doing that till it sells. It's a cute little place with an awning over a nice wood deck and wood fenced yard, new windows, heater and carpet. So it should go pretty fast. A lot of folks out here are looking for something cheap because they just came out of foreclosure. Plus there are a lot of mobile homes for sale at crazy prices! People seem to think they are worth more than they are. One guy had one just like the one we have and it wasn't in as good of shape and he was asking 19 thousand for it. He never dropped the price and wound up loosing it to the park. We're fortunate also in that the park manager likes us and will steer people our way. I'm hoping to get enough out of it to build me a really cool shop at our new house! Man I would just be in heaven with a shop of my own. 
I might get Deb something too if she's good and quits being a smartass. Ya know how she is!

Nevada is nuts right now. Foreclosure's everywhere! Deb and I are sure glad we waited to buy. Tell ya what though shop till ya drop! We saw some real **** holes out there for more than we're paying for this nice place. The financing part is like an anal probe I swear! I almost felt the need to admit to sleeping in the nude! They had me spilling the beans about everything!
