Over all I have been doing pretty good just adjusting to being tired. I never managed to send out birth announcements but figure I might if I can get it done before August 12 as we still have some friends and family who don't know about her. 
Figure I'll just add a joke about being 3 months late. Otherwise they will have to find out in the family Christmas letter.
I need to go back and label the pictures but I was sick this last week and in too much pain to do more than upload them. Apparently I had an attack of Shingles 
or at least that is what one doctor said it was and since it is getting better 
with the medicine she gave me who am I to argue.

See post above for how I am doing...though I will add there are times I am not sure I would survive this with out the help of my parents...the whole waking up to feed her took getting used to.
During the day she eats 4oz every 3 hours at night it is whatever she gets down of the 4oz before falling asleep every 4 hours. She coos and makes little argh and uhg sounds. She has one of those little floor mat play things with toys dangling above her that she love, especially now that she has learned to kick things. I have some video of that that I hope to put online soon! She is over all a happy baby and really not too fussy unless your late with the bottle or her yummy is bothering her.
She's a cutie but awefully little! Gotta feed that kid! get some meat on her bones! 
She sure looks like her Momma! Now if she gets outta control just send her to me and Deb. We will raise her up till she's oh 12-13 then send her back ok? 
(everyone knows girls go nuts then) Anyway just give us a hollar and Uncel Bob and Aunt Deb will take her, spoil her to no end then give her back just in time for the crazy's and college. Hugs and sloppy

[Ironic tidbit my kid has the relationship I always wanted with Granny but didn't have...Granny things Lissy is just the most wonderful baby in the world, adores and lover her... oh well such is life.] As for looking like me...well I'll have to post my baby pic at first glance most will think it is a picture of her. My sister calls her my mini-me.
I'll keep your offer in mind...but you'll have to take my parents in too cause they seem to think that even being away for weekend is too long. I am not sure how they will stand getting to see there other granddaughter for short visits every so many months. [My sis is due in Aug] We are actually looking into moving somewhere in the NV -AZ area cause we want to be close to my sister and her family and they are looking to get out of LA - too expensive raising a kid there.
