Woohooo!!! Tomorrow is my Friday!!! 1) Hmmmm.....my favorite movie in the past 3-6 months. That's a toughie! I've seen a lot of movies! I liked Han****it had it's funny parts and serious parts. And Will Smith is just HAWT! I also liked Iron Man. Again....just an all around good movie and on top of it all....Robert Downey Jr. is down right SEXY!! 2) I don't know that I have an recipes to share since I really don't cook much anymore. I did go to a support group meeting last night and it was all about what to buy when you go to the grocery. It was the perfect meeting for getting back on track! A lot of it was pretty basic stuff.....like buying the pre-grilled bags of chicken breast strips for salads because it's much more convenient. Yep....I'm not going to go home and grill my own...but if I have it there I'm much more likely to grab it to make a salad. That's pretty much the point she was getting at.....even if it's a little more expensive to buy, it's worth if we'll eat it instead of eating things we shouldn't be eating. Something else that was mentioned....turkey sausage links dipped in sugar free syrup for a snack....that one had me smacking my lips! And then the tried-and-true turkey-n-cheese rollups are always good.

Good morning Ann 1) Favorite movie in the last 3 - 6 months???? Haven't seen any new movies in the past 6 months...school, work and Rossana keep me tied up!..lol 2) Any favorite recipes you want to share that would help a friend out???? Or ideas on low carb good protein???? Get a George Forman grill and then buy fresh boneless meat (chicken, fish or beef) add a dry rub and in 6 minutes or less you have lunch or dinner. Rossana is partial to boneless, skinless chicken breasts...4 minutes....she adds a veggie or salad. I also like whole wheat tortilla with cheese and pepperoni...make a mini burrito...microwave and in 40 seconds you have a great tasting snack or meal. Have a great day! Be good to yourself...you deserve it! D

Good morning, fam & friends! 1) Favorite movie in the last 3 - 6 months???? Since the only movies I've seen are The Bucket List and American Gangster, I'd have to say those are my favs. Oh wait, I saw Mamma Mia the other day and it was pretty awesome, not as good as the live production but very good just the same. 2) Any favorite recipes you want to share that would help a friend out???? Or ideas on low carb good protein???? Uh, I rarely cook and if I do, it isn't healthy stuff. I'm leaving most of that to my boyfriend these days. Seriously, I don't pay too much attention to low carb, good protein. I exercise to save myself from disaster and pretty much leave it at that.

1) Favorite movie in the last 3 - 6 months???? -Last weekend at my parents I rented "No Reservations", I thought it was a cute movie. More of a chick flicky though. I also went to see "Black Knight" (or whatever it's called) with the boy. And since I'm not a huge fan of batman... all I can say is... It's so freakin long! LONG! But it was good, I guess. Shhh! I didn't say that! I really wanna see the new movie "Space Chimps"... I think I'll take Ashton! :D 2) Any favorite recipes you want to share that would help a friend out???? Or ideas on low carb good protein???? -Eh lately I've just been baking chicken and adding some veggies to it. I'm in that mood where nothing sounds good...

1) Favorite movie in the last 3 - 6 months???? *** Hmmm... I don't see many movies these days. Too hard to organize babysitting. I guess I will have to default and say Indiana Jones... even though it wasn't a great movie, per se, I love Harrison Ford and the character. 2) Any favorite recipes you want to share that would help a friend out???? Or ideas on low carb good protein???? *** A crustless quiche can be really good. Do a search for those reciepes and you'll have a lot to choose from.
