Tuesday: Liven up the Board Post
1) I have not but am kind of scared of heights but would consider it.....
2) Yes I have.....but now since I am preggo (that is my excuse) I am actually getting excited to focus a lot on it when I pop out little junior I still struggle with carbs a lot and know if I exercised it would make a difference and help.....guess I can start on all of that now....

1) No, I've never been on a hot air balloon ride but I'd LOVE to do that someday! Now that I've somewhat conquered my fear of heights.....it's something I think would be fun to do.
2) I haven't gained back any weight....I'm actually still trying to lose weight. But I have stalled the past 2 months because I've let some bad habits gradually creep back into my life. Carbs are the enemy! Along with grazing at my desk at work. And.....well....no exercise. Geesh.....I guess I've let a LOT of bad habits creep back in... I know what I need to do to drop these last 40 pounds....it's just a matter of getting my butt in gear and DOING it.
My boss in class today, so I have a little time to play before he's back in the office.
1) Have you ever been on a hot air balloon ride? If not, would you want to?
I haven't been but think I might like to. They're so darn iffy though, because if the wind isn't just right it's going to be canceled anyway.
2) Have you gained weight since surgery? If so, what are you doing to get back on track?
I fluctuate mostly between 3 & 7 lbs (and sometimes drop 1 or 2 below my lowest) since surgery almost four years ago. I credit my being able to stay mostly on track to my exercise routine. I don't eat like I'm supposed to so I make sure to compensate for it with exercise. Good thing I enjoy it! lol

a little bit (always around 20lbs from my lowest).. but actually past week or so I think I've been behaving and I *feel smaller*.. so I'm going with that jus****ching what I buy.. and what I eat. If it's not in the house.. I don't eat it
