The new "Toddler Diet" (for mommy's)
I seem to be on a new diet whether I want to be or not.
It is called "The Toddler Diet".
The way it works is: I get some food for lunch, dinner, snack -- whatever. Then, I proceed to sit down and eat it.
Within about a minute (usually less) a crying, pointing, seemingly-desperately-hungry toddler approaches and begs for some of the food.
The end result is eating less than the portion you have prepared -- meaning less calories, fat, & sugar are taken in by mommy.
Average weight loss is expected to be 5-8 lbs per month*, depending on the appetite and desperation of the toddler.
