weekly checkin.....
I am still doing low carbs....but think I was not eating enough last week....I did not lose any weight...I added a southbeach diet bar so we will see if that helps...I only worked out once last week so still need to step it up....Vickie....Patty...and anyone who wants to join in ....how did you do??
I had 2 grad parties over the weekend, while I munched on good stuff [ie binged on strawberries] I had beer at the 1st party and blew my carbs out of the roof over the weekend.. my scale was UP 8 lbs! but back down this morning to just up 2 l.bs.
So I'm on the plus side again... just been doing my work outs in the morning, haven't stepped that up any either.. I've been bad.
btw, the photo is of me while half trashed at the 1st grad party on Sat., I had not had any alcoholic beverages in months, so yanno it didn't take much!
it's late, haven't had dinner, having a turkey burger.
