1) What you doing on 4th of July? (I know I asked this one but wanted to see if plans changed and to see if people want to jump in here)
2) What kind of eater are you? Stress eather? Binge eater? Evening eater? Snacker? OR NONE of the above...what do you do to help during those periods?
It's no longer morning but here I am anyway. lol

If Norb can find a campground near his home in WI, we will be camping with my daughter. I'm taking a vacation day on Wednesday and we will head up there on Thursday to camp through Saturday, I believe. Should be a good time.

I eat at all times of the day for numerous reasons, most of them due to getting the shakes and/or just being hungry. I also eat when I'm upset and in the evening just for something to do. Okay, so I guess I'm all of the above. lol Fortunately my exercise helps with all of this.

My good friend is coming to visit for the weekend and the Blue Angels airshow is this weekend so we are going to watch it and the fireworks on the beach plus the start of the National Cherry festival to.

I am all the above. I try to eat healty food not junk food when I go through my eating phases.
