So Sparky, had surgery, they found lots of adhesions and another hernia... I'm so angry right now about all of this.. If the VA would have done a few tests they would have found this.. so instead they allowed my husband to suffer for what 6 weeks now??? He's feeling fine they wanted to keep him over night because there was so much more than they expected... Ok Im beat so I'm off to bed.. Thank you all for the good thoughts and prayers.. Debby

Dr.Sasse did the surgery, he's the one that did the gastric bypass and my fix. He didnt say how many adhesions just "a lot" it almost sounded like a clump of bowel.. this is his 5th hernia surgery.. ugh... Thanks honey

Sorry hon.. glad they found a cause tho. I love VA.. but I don't always hear the best of care when people go there. Hope this surgeon was more thorough. Prayers to all.

Thanks for keeping up updated. Yes go get some rest, because I am finding out that I am wearing Greg down, with please honey get this and please sweetie get that. He is starting to take naps when I do.... I understand your frustration about the VA. Hang in there sweetie... give the Sparkster a bug hug from me... ( well maybe a little one from me... we both I bet are just a tad bit sore.) xoxoxo Julie

Hi Debby, Sorry to hear about Sparky and his surgery. I have been lurking, but I have been following all of this. I have been and will continue to keep him in my prayers during his recoverary. Give him a hug from me and tell him to sit back and take it easy. Deanna
