Are you taking some bruising meds (like Arnica Montana) and stuff for swelling too? Do you have any drains??? I am so nosey....just curious...PS is so different places...

They sent me home with percocet, and an anitbiotic. No bruising meds. Damn I am starting to feel jipped.... Of course I have those dreaded drains. If I have my meds planned out right I should have enough to get me to Tuesday for my follow-up appt. I am not going to say the pain is getting better, I just think its me being able to tolerate it more.... Hope all is well there sweetie. We have had some thunderboomers that have kept us on our toes this weekend so far. Your not being nosey - just curious.... xoxo Julie

well at least you got percocet and antibiotics...that is good...I used Arnica Montana for bruising...you can get it at a vitamin shop....it really helps....and glad you have drains...some people i know of did not....glad you are going back on tuesday....it sucks to sleep for the first several nights so i slept in a recliner chair...ugh.....and let your hubby greg take care of you.....one thing I did with my drains to take a shower was to tie a waterproof tape measure and hooked them on there while i showered....it worked great....oh and i had lovenox shots for blood clots.....had to do that for a few weeks...you will be so happy after you push through it....are you happy with what it looks like for now? and oh, are you wearing your binder???
