1) no I do not own an IPOD 2) no, I do not weight myself everyday, once a week, if I remember. Now if my pants start feeling tight or weird I know I either am up a few lbs or my hip is out [ when I'm lopsided my clothes fit funny] then I jump on the scale and do damage control.

Good morning moms... 1) Do you have an iPod? If so, how often do you listen to it and where do you get your music? Yes, I " aquire" alot my music online. I listen to it daily. I have a hundred mile roundtrip commute everey day ****il Monday, when after ten years I report to Albuquerque instead of Santa Fe ) , and comercial radio sux. TMI, I'm kind of an Audiophile, so I've got a ton of CD's, Albums as well. I have several thousand $ tied up in my audio system, both tubed and solid state. I've got a high end turntable, amps, pre-amps, phono stages, even a dedicated headphone amp. We're also sattelite radio subscribers. 2) So be honest....do you weigh yourself everyday? Is it helpful or not? Everey Wednesday morning. I do it more out of curiosity than anything. I hover twixt 175 - 185 lbs, which is a far cry from my pre-op 365 lbs...

1. Similar, I have a Zune. I also subscribe to Sirius,I listen online and in the trucks. 2. No! Because if I did, I would drive myself crazier than I already am.

1) Do you have an iPod? If so, how often do you listen to it and where do you get your music? *** Yes. I get most of my music via putting my CDs on it. I don't purchase much. What I REALLY love (that surprised me) is the audiobooks. They are REALLY great to listen to while waiting somewhere, or in the car, or trying to relax and get to sleep at night. I never expected audiobooks to be my favorite part of it -- but they are by far. 2) So be honest....do you weigh yourself everyday? Is it helpful or not? *** No and no.

I don't have an Ipod. My wife neglects me though. Does that count? Does that even make sense? She really does. She treats the dogs better than me! The get breakfast and diner cooked every day. I have to make the coffee. I don't hardly weigh myself. i can tell by the way my clothes fit usually if I've gained or lost. I enjoy wearing Debs clothes though! Makes me feel sexy!!! HAHA IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!

Better late than never I guess. lol 1) Do you have an iPod? If so, how often do you listen to it and where do you get your music? I have two iPod's. One 4 GB and a brand new iPod Touch! The latter has everything but the phone and I lurve it to death! I only use the smaller one for exercise, though, and the touch for in the car and when I'm somewhere that has wifi, so I can surf the Internet. 2) So be honest....do you weigh yourself everyday? Is it helpful or not? I do weigh myself darn near every day. If I'm dog sitting somewhere and they don't have a scale I'll tend to use the one at work, which is incredibly close to mine here at home. It is helpful for me. I'm almost four years out and maintain within 3-7 lbs either way.
