1) How do you get your news updates? TV, newspaper, online, others...etc...
2) Do you have any tips on how you get your water in each day? How much do you drink versus how much do you try to drink? (BTW, this includes peeing water...lol....see Chris N aka Skanky Ho's post a few weeks ago)

1) I watch the local news each morning while I'm getting ready for work. Mostly I'm interested in the weather so I know how to dress for the day.....but I end up hearing the other 'junk' going on in the world by accident!
2) I'm finally done with the peeing water!! I bought some non-peeing water so my hands are dry for a change! The only way I can get in the water is to use different flavors of Crystal Light. I don't like plain water....to 'blah' tasting. I prefer Crystal Light tea flavors. The fruit flavors are too sweet for me anymore. Also....I set goals for myself throughout the day. I know....corny, but it helps me to get it all in. So, for instance, one goal is to have 2 bottles in before lunch. Then another bottle in before break in the afternoon. Then 2 more bottles before I leave for the day. I work 10 hours days....so it's easier for me to get in that much. And I don't drink much at night so I have to get as much in during the day as I can.

I have water at work. I have a process that I use to keep the water cold. What I do is freeze 1/2 bottle and add water to it as I drink it. I use an insulated holder so the melt is slowed down. Since I drink flavored fruit 2o I can have 4 different flavors in the freezer at one time so I keep my options open. I normally drink 72 oz a day or more depending on how hot it is.

1) online after the fact usually, unless I am up to reading before I go into work in the morning.
2) Just keep tipping the bottle. My 1st goal is to have in 32-50 oz's by lunch, my lunch hour varies so I'm always tipping the bottle. I know it's time to eat when I pee "water" and it's running right through me, I can eat in my truck so that's my sign. Then I try to get in at least 2 more bottles before I clock out.. sometimes hard since I'm full from eating and lunch might be later than normal. I always grab another 16 oz bottle then when I walk in from work, I am a slower drinker at night, cauze I'm always busay. At bedtime I drink 20 oz's with my meds, and yep I always get up 1 hour before my alarm goes off because of it!
so no tips, just keep tipping!
