Hey lady this Monday on track thing was your idea the last time, but here I am calling you out again
I've exercised every morning before work, not like a pro though, but didn't miss a day! I have watched what I have put in my mouth! Even the cookies 2 is ok, a box is not!
I am down -3.5 for this week also! WooP!
that's 7 lbs down in 2 weeks for me, how you doing?

Sorry Vickie had dinner at my sister's just got home....you are doing so good ...I wished I worked out every day....
I worked out 2 or 3 times...still need to step that up.....I have been on my low carbs for 2 weeks...I have to admit I did have a small piece of cake tonight..but other than that just been eating meat, salad and low carb veggies..(kind of phase 1 of adkins but not eating all the fat).....I have lost about 9lbs total....
