I have been wanting to get back on track and start losing more weight......I have stayed the same weight for a few years (going up and down about 5lbs ) but still want to lose more....I started my low carb diet on Monday and have been good for two days......and I am trying to up my workout .....so who wants to join me....I think it helps to post on here and keep track...so let me know if you are interested..and what type of plan you are doing....

Hey goodlookin! I'd join ya but I can't. But just wanted you to know you're still darned sexy! I noticed that if I don't eat for a couple days and just do liquids my stomach shrinks big time! Deb is tryin to get back on track too. You poor women seems to struggle a lot more than us guys and I am so sorry for that. Deb hates me now and I don't blame her. Good luck with the restart sweetie. :raising hand: I've been at this weight, give/take those 5 lbs for about 2 years now. I'd really like to get 10 more off and then get serious about some PS, although I know my insurance is going to deny it all the way. I need to eat more! Yep I'm on the other end of this, I think I'm doing too few carbs a day, I really need to start tracking my food intake. Lately I've been hungry a lot, well I changed jobs and can't get my snacks in and my body tells me about 3 hrs after I eat, FEED ME MORE! more exercise for sure, I've let some things slide and I'm gettin soft and I don't like it! I got a weight bench now and am going to do some serious toning. And before I get to enjoy my "wind therapy" I am going to get back on my pedal bike and get in a few miles at night. peace, Vickie however it'll be hard for me to get on the board every day to post, but I will try very hard!

Thank you Rhonda! I was happy, it was taken on my 1st group motorycle ride! Which now I have an "Angel Biker" and was adopted into the group, I am now a member of the "Women In The Wind"! [it's a pretty prestigious group, the founder Becky Brown started this group 30 years ago here in Toledo and she's been inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame in Columbus and will be inducted into the Sturgis Hall of Fame in August!] speaking of.. it's a beautiful day, I'm off work.. so I'm going to go be a Woman In The Wind! I am loving it as a rider! Woyeah!

I tried starting a daily excersize post, but it did not go over very well.... APparently this group does not like excersize.. But, I am with you - been at it for about 6 weeks now and getting damn frusterated because I am not seeing results on the scale. BUT I am losing inches and gaining muscle, so I guess I can not complain TOO much!
