Tuesday Excersize

It seems that SOMEONE is slacking on these, so I guess I will take over - only to keep myself on track. Today, Nada... I have been SO tired with this stupid iron count that it is hard to get motivated. Can someone please give me a big kick in the butt? anyone else.. bueller... anyone...

Well...it took me 3.5 years, but I have officially become addicted to working out. I go on my lunch break everyday for 30 mins on the arc machine. (Kinda like an eliptical, that gives big time resistance and also elevates to give a moutain climbing type leg burn) I have acheived my lowest weight at 3.5 years out due to this. If I don't go on my lunch I feel as if I am missing out on something and it really bothers me. (Very schedule oriented person) So I guess I could say I am addicted. Not sure if that's an ass kick, but hey..I used to hate excersizing...I forced myself to go, and have now been going 5x's a week, sometimes more if I can go at night and/or weekends, for about 8 months now and I love it. My clothes have gone down a size, and I can eat a cookie and not pay for it. I am on the virge of turning 30 and am at the lowest weight of my adult life. This was one of my goals once I had this surgery and I am working out hard to acheive it. I work 80 hours a week and have a 3.5 y/o son to chase after, so if I can fit it in my schedule, so can you...no excuses.
