Ouch! **public Snivel**
Well I went to see my RNY doc yesterday and he pretty much narrowed my problem down to a partial obstruction in my small intestin right under my belly button. He said it could be Leazions (sp?) from my umbellical hernia repairs (4x) or a slight twist. At any rate they gotta go back in. He wants to check my Gall Bladder first though to be sure that doesn't need to come out. My attitude is if I don't need it yank the sucker out! His scheduler is going to be calling me today. I gotta say this hurts! And yes I'm a wimpy guy and you gals may be tougher but I'm man enough to admitt it hurts and makes me wanna cry! 
Basically I'm not too bad unless I eat. Last night I ate about 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes and paid for it for 2 hours. Major sharp pains/cramps that come in waves. I finally got releif by using a heating pad on my tummy ( thank you honey you're one smart woman).
Hopefully I'll be going under the knife next week early! 2-3 hours of sleep per night isn't gonna cut it!
Anyway just wanted to share my pain!

P.S. It's raining like a son-of-a-gun here in Renoville! Go figure?

I'm really surprised that your surgeon doesn't/can't get you in sooner.. ~mean look~ probably has holiday plans .. 
I know Kristen on the Sexy Board just Wednesday went to ER for pain in her pouch.. ER doc's found nothing but her WLS doc came in and found a hernia and rushed her into surgery within 2 hours. She is already back home recovering.. and I know a twisted colon/bowel can be serious.. so you be very very careful and you cry all you want.. I know that it's scary.. and puts a damper on your playing and such with your beloved bike for now.. and no sleep can make it worse.. and no food.. well heck .. that's unbareable
P.S. It's dreary here too.. only high of 67.. but I think the rest of the weekend should be nice.
P.S.S. My momma had a colonoscopy yesterday.. she was having problems.. (thickening of colon) but it came back as only colitis
no polyps or cancer.. Yeahhh..

I guess the Doc figures it ain't such an emergency if I'm a farting and doin other things ok. They ran blood tests and stuff already and check for blood in the stool so I guess he thinks we can be patient and do it right. He is a darn good surgeon so I trust him. He's the one that fixed Deb's problem, he also took out my Dad's gall Bladder and I think he did something on my sister too. I'm being carefull and not eating anything that ain't mushy. He gave me pain meds to get by one and Deb got me gasX and that seems to help. That's good news about your Momma hon. Colitis is one painful son-of-a-gun though. My Mom had it and I remember her doubled over in pain with it. But that was back when they didn't have good pain management.
