I just saw this article in my local newspaper. 1 bag would be MORE than enough, but 14 TONS???? So basically, who was on I-80 near Chicago early this morning? MORRIS, Ill. -- Got milk? Police say a trailer loaded with 14 tons of double-stuffed Oreos has overturned, spilling the cookies still in their plastic sleeves into the median and roadway. Illinois State Police Sgt. Brian Mahoney says the truck's driver was traveling from Chicago to Morris on Interstate 80 around 4 a.m. Monday when he fell asleep at the wheel and slammed into the median. "The boxes came out of the trailer and boxes were ripped open," he said. The crash about 50 miles southwest of Chicago remains under investigation. Mahoney says no charges have been filed but both lanes of traffic remain closed while authorities remove the cookies.

We have three boxes of those cookies sitting on my kitchen table! They literally fell off the truck I think that we will have more in a week or two. My son is in boy scouts. One of their leaders is an Illinois State Trooper. He was on the scene this morning and just happened to "get" a couple of dozen cases of cookies. He passed out a couple to each boy tonight and told the parents to take some too. He then said we will have cookies on all of our camping trips too. I do not want to eat the cookies, someone take them away from me!!!

I say bring them to Viva and use them for your reception Or I knew you were looking for some appetizer ideas how many more days????

Lucas and Dan's boys will not let them last that long in the house! Although I think that it would be a funny story to tell in Viva about where they came from . . . 4 weeks from Friday so what does that make, 38 more days! I have not tried my dress on again (and the last time I did I needed alterations), Lucas's pants need to be hemmed, shall I continue. Why am I sitting here, lots of work to be done!! Here is a question for you, if someone did not come to my shower, gave me a gift yesterday at lunch, the card said wedding, she said I wanted to make sure you had this before Vegas, it is a wedding gift, not a shower gift, right? She is coming to the reception here (I think). What kind of thank you do I send??
