I have been trying to find some good appetizers and I have come across this and it is excellent - Mock White Castle Burgers 2 pounds ground beef 1 package dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup bread crumbs 2 tablespoons water 2 eggs mix ingredients Spread on a cookie sheet. Poke holes with a fork. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares and place on Pepperidge Farms party rolls (I hear these are hard to find, any mini dinner rolls should be fine). Add 1 hamburger dill pickle and 1/4 of a piece of cheese. Serve. these are excellent. do you have a good recipe for me to try?

Have I told you that Dan does almost all of the cooking in my house? I HATE cooking, he does not love it but since he works nights he starts everything and we fini**** together. Anyways, appetizers are not for the wedding. Just tired of going to parties and always having the same 'ole things. What is new with Annie? When is hubby home next? I just picked up my invitations for the reception here, finished my Vegas pamphlets to pass out to all the guests going to Vegas. I think that I have everything done except a fitting on my dress and getting Lucas's pants hemmed. I think everything else is done. I need to our pick up my rings on Wed . I went for my final approval of mine today as I am having it custom made. Everything here is good. 39 more days!! Still enough time for you to change your mind and head off to Viva . . .

Frito Pie 1 Can of Chili (already warmed up) 1 Bag (the small one) of regular fritos 1 Cheese topping. In a casserole dish, place a layers of chili and fritos until you run out. Cover with cheese and place in broiler until cheese melts. Not lowfat - very good.
