Can you tell me what kind of pressure garments you guys got? I bought one like a year out and it was so tight I could not wiggle myself into it. I spent alot of money for it. Not sure if I could even get into it now or not. Just email me with your thoughts. I really agree wit h you both that it would help the healing process. Thank you all for your support! Hugs Julie

Hey Girlie.... Here is the link to the site I bought mine from...they are from TX and you call them to place your order and they are VERY timely on delivery.....the price is kind of expensive but totally WORTH IT...they are VERY good quality and last a long time....I have a few style number 26's.....they come in beige and black.....and I like the one to the calf because it holds in my legs....also, there is a hole spot so you do not have to take off to go potty....lol.... http://www.carrothersltd.com/ I STRONGLY agree with getting a garment....you will FEEL so much better and it helps with clothes and your dressings...I cannot believe they are not offering or recommending one....they put me in one (not this one) after surgery and gave me another one ...just came with my surgery cost..... Also, I strongly encourage you to find out about things to stay away from before surgery and vitamins.....the day after my first ps I was so much in pain (and I have a major pain tolerance)...I was thinking the whole time "What the hell did I just do?"....but some of it was because my hemoglobin had dropped so low and I had to have the two pint blood transfusion done.....if I had not been taking a lot of iron I am sure it would have been worse...after the transfusion I was awesome..... Keep asking away...I am very excited for you.....you will TOTALLY not regret it...likely after I have some bambinos someday I will do my tummy again beware though it does get addicting BTW, how is your incision going to be? Mine was the anchor cut and it was awesome.... Take care my friend, Annie

Hi Julie! I will go home tonight and get the name/number/website where I got mine. I actually was able to pick mine up. It went down to right above my knees and all the way up under my boobs. It zipped and had snap closures on both sides and no crotch so you were able to take a pee without having to pull all the junk down. I went through 2 of them they were $60.00 each. They were tight especially after surgery and all the swelling. I did so good with this surgery Julie, I was uncomfortable but not a ton of pain. I started getting more pain as my drains were ready to come out, the burning etc. I had surgery all the way around so I had 4 drains which wasn't fun but the results were so wonderful! If you need anything I will be happy to find out for you! If you would like to talk just send me an e-mail and I will give you my number or you can give me your's and I'll call you...I have free long distance. Hugs!!! Barb
