Plastic Surgeon Appt
Well today is the day I go and find out what they are going to do. I am excited because I feel this is another step in this amazing weightloss journey.
Greg will be done with his weightloss classes the end of June. He meets with the gastric bypass surgeon June 23rd. He is doing really well. Each week he has lost at least 1-3lbs. I am so proud of him.
I will let you know what the Dr says later today.
Everyone have an awesome day.

I'll add you to my prayer list..
not sure if you know Kimmy.. she's on the Sexy Board and is just 12 days out. Friends of hers can view pics that she put up just today.. she looks AMAZING. If you told her you are having PS and ask.. I'm sure she would share. She just posted a thread over there this morning. Just tell her you know me and SQUISHIE
I am *REALLY* thinking of going to at least research the thought for myself..
it would really be a spirit booster for sure..

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....I am so dang happy for you....I would not trade ps for anything....even if i have gained weight since then but to have that long ass panni gone it is awesome!!!! what you going to do to that hot bod? does lippo come with it? mine did...hurts like a mother but worth it too....also, just to warn you....this is theeeeeeeeee most painful surgery i have had.....i recovered and bounced back pretty well....some don't.....did he tell you what to stop eating/drinking (ex. green tea) and up your iron pills....on my first ps trip i had to have two pints of blood transfused and i was doing 2 - 3 iron pills a day......and make sure you get some kick ass pressure garments....to this day one of my friends still wears her binder after a year and i truly believe it has helped her keep her shape
btw, the plastics board on here is great too.....very supportive and interesting stuff....
I am soooooooo happy for you!!!
They really did not go into all the detail today. I have a pre-op appointment 2 weeks prior to surgery. I asked about a pressure garment and she said I won't need one. She said I can get one if I want, but most likely will not wear it.
She is doing a tummy tuck along with tightening up all the muscles in my stomach. She said that way I will have a flat tummy... I have not had a flat tummy since I was 14...
I am so excited, but you know I am so stupid. I have to check on my short term disability. I am not sure if my company will pay for it if this is not medically necessary. Just because the insurance denied it, she said it is medcially necessary, so we will see... one more issue to deal with.
Thank you for your support. I will be asking you questions as I go along... I have been on the plastics board... I will keep checking it out too.

Julie...you are going to love it. I can't believe they don't want you to wear a pressure garment...I wore mine for 6 week. They went all the way around on me plus lippo...having a flat stomach is the BOMB!!!! Now, all I need to do is get rid of these big o' legs but that surgery looks to dangerous for me. My Sister has had a tummy tuck and has had nothing but problems but she is diabectic and has had wound healing issues but she is still not sorry she did it!
The presuure garment really helped my stomach go down even quicker.
Good luck Girlie!
